Easy Ordering
Orders can be placed online, over the telephone, by email or by fax.
How do I place an order online?
We've aimed to make this process as easy as possible, however if you require assistance or prefer to place your order over the telephone, please contact our sales team on 01480 415400 (office hours only)
- Find the item you want to purchase
- Click on Add to Basket to add the item to your shopping basket.
- Amend the quantity as required and click Update
- Click Continue Shopping if you wish to add further items to your basket.
- Once you've finished shopping, click on Checkout at the top of the screen or Checkout below the basket summary.
- If you are a new customer to Comtec you'll need to register your details. Registering makes it easier to place orders in the future. The online instructions will guide you through the registering process. You have the option to continue without registering but you will still need to input your personal details.
- If you are an existing Comtec customer, please enter your email address and password and follow the online instructions.
- Once you are logged in as either a new or existing customer, or have entered all relevant information, you will need to confirm your shipping preference and proceed to Payment and Order Confirmation.
- Enter your payment details and click Pay Now.
- An Order Receipt will be displayed confirming your order has been placed and is being processed. An email confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.

Payment
Payment online can be taken by credit card or PayPal. Alternatively, we can provide you with a credit account (subject to status).
