Please note our Glasgow office and trade counter will be closed 24th December - 2nd January, re-opening on the 3rd January. Our Head Office and Sunbury Office will be re-opening on the 2nd January
Next day delivery is guaranteed for all orders placed before 5:30pm (excluding cable cutting and cabinets) and is Free of Charge on orders over £150. For timed deliveries please refer to the table below.

Please note the rates below apply to UK Mainland orders only. Deliveries to Non-Mainland UK incur an additional £100 charge.
Cabinet delivery charges for our current range of cabinets is charged at £35.00 (up to 42U) or £45.00 for larger sizes, ie (45U, 47U or 48U). This is for a standard next day kerbside delivery, (up to 5pm) via the ‘National Carrier Network’ to England, Wales and lower Scotland; the following geographical restrictions applying:-
England & Wales
Next day delivery when ordered before 3pm Monday-Thursday or before 1pm Friday
North of Scotland & Non mainland UK
We can offer a best endeavours service to remote locations, but cannot always guarantee a next day delivery.
Cable Cutting Services
Cable cutting services are available until 4:30pm where next day delivery is requested.

Goods may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase assuming they are standard stock and are in the same condition of purchase.
Please contact our Customer Support Team on 01480 415000 who will advise you of the process, any restocking or collection fees that may apply and give you a returns number which will ensure you are credited promptly once we have received the goods.
